Terms and conditions

At Rainbow Hoops we take great care to produce quality hoops.
All our L.E.D. hoops and batteries are well tested before leaving.

On receipt of your payment we will send a confirmation e-mail.
Paypal will confirm your payment also.
On receipt of your hoop, if there is postal damage please inform us immediately so that we can sort it out with the carrier.

For any faults please contact us immediately so the problem can be rectified and return the hoop to us in the same way that it was sent and within 14 days of delivery. If necessary we will repair, replace or issue a full refund.
For problems after this, please contact us to discuss the problem we will be happy to help fix a genuine fault, but problems caused by misuse and those after months of hoop use will be charged.
For faulty items only, we will return item to you at our cost regardless of where you are.
Please be mindful of the care instructions here on the site and those sent with your hoop,
directions can change over time so please follow the instructions given
For pre-made hoops in the bargain basement, or those with no element of choice and 'non- hoop' items
all have a 7 day returns policy:
 Then a refund in full will be issued on return of the item in perfect condition.

Our hoops are sold as adult hula hoops unless specified.
Parents please choose hoops for children from the Child hoops pages.
Warning: Hoops Not suitable for children under 3 years
In purchasing and/or using any of RainbowHoops products you agree to be held solely responsible
for your own safety and the safety of others.

Please be mindful of the care instructions available on site and supplied.

**All bespoke hoops will only be exchanged or refunded if faulty.
Please make your choice carefully, a bespoke hoop is made only for you.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be made on a change of choice once the LED hoop is received. **
But above all enjoy your hooping :)
