At Rainbow Hoops we take great care to produce quality hoops.
All our L.E.D. hoops and batteries are well tested before leaving.

On receipt of your payment we will send a confirmation e-mail.
Paypal will confirm your payment also.
* * On receipt of your hoop, if there is postal damage please inform us immediately so that we can sort it out with the carrier.
* * If you change your mind on receipt of your order, you must
1. Inform us by phone within 7 days. (Distance Selling Regulations)
2. Then you must inform us in writing - by letter or email - of your decision to cancel. Keep proof of postage.
3. You must return the goods in a saleable condition at your cost. Keep proof of posting.
3. Wait. Your money will be reimbursed as soon as we recieve the goods - within a maximum period of 30 days.
We will reimburse the full price including any UK postal charge you paid, but not if the items were sent overseas.
Full refunds only apply to items that were sold as pre-made without any options eg. size, pipe type or tape colour,
these bespoke items are not returnable without a restocking fee dependent on the item.
* * For any faults please contact us immediately so the problem can be rectified and return the hoop to us in the same way that it was sent. If necessary we will repair, replace or issue a full refund and within 6 months period.
This is not a guarantee for damage caused to the item after it was received in perfect order.
* * For problems after this, please contact us to discuss the issue we will be happy to help,
but problems caused by misuse and those after months of use will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE BATTERY / KIT OR HOOP BY NOT FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED,
WILL BE THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Please be mindful of the care instructions here on the site and those sent with your hoop,
directions can change over time so please follow the instructions given

Our hoops are sold as adult hula hoops unless specified.
Parents please choose hoops specified for children.

for your own safety and the safety of others.
