Post and Shipping

For payments made on site, paypal will issue a confirmation of purchase and then Rainbow Hoops will send a confirmation e-mail on receipt of your order a little later
For direct transfer i will send an email invoice and confirm when the payment has been received.

Please note:
L.E.D hoops can require up to 10 working days to be handcrafted before posting.
Bound hoops take much less time, often a day.

Uk orders:
  LED hoops by Standard Parcels or by courier if the extra is paid.
  Hoop in a Round and polypros. via Standard Parcels Service
  Collapsible hoops via First Class post.
  All other items via regular post
 
All deliveries will be sent to the address supplied.

All Hoops are sent bubble wrapped for transit.

LEDs are sent in a box with the courier, please remove immediately upon receipt.
  Or bubble wrapped in a round if going through the post.

We use a standard courier service for overseas, so contact for a quote.

We no longer send to USA & Canada

If there is damage to your delivery, please inform us straight away.

we have found that for most times we get a next day service without the extra cost.
If you want a dedicated NEXT DAY GUARANTEED service we will charge accordingly
